ABOUT
One of Australia’s foremost film and theatre technicians, Meg began her career upon graduating from Production Crafts (Props) from NIDA in 2005. Her expansive set of skills enable her to take virtually any concept and bring it to life; whether extracting an idea from the page or following a pattern. Her scope of work includes design, development, fabrication and art finishing — supported by sturdy construction that withstands the rigours of performance. She is renowned within the industry for her understanding of the craft and ability to reliably complete projects on time and budget -- whether leading the costume props department of feature films or working with a client one-on-one.
Meg’s experience encompasses film, TV, theatre, advertising and events.
Her field of expertise includes costume props, props, creatures, scenic art, sculpture, armour fabrication, character costumes & mascots, models, special effects, stunt costumes/props, costume art finishing, jewellery … and pretty much everything else.
